Eyelash Extensions
Before your Eyelash appointment
Thoroughly cleans your lashes, removing any makeup or oils.Avoid using oil-based makeup, removers,cleansers, or moisturizers in the eye area the day of your appointment.
Avoid caffeine 2 hours prior to your appointment. Consuming caffeine before your appointment can make your eyes twitch or flutter.
REMOVE Contact lenses.
Communicate your preferencs during your consultation, be sure to communicate your desired lash look. Wether you prefer natural, wispy, or volume.
After your eyelash appointment
Avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hours following your appointment.
Avoid pulling, rubbing, and sleeping on your lashes.
Avoid using mascara, oil based cleansers, and moisturizers. Do not use eyelash curlers, perms or tint while wearing lash extensions.
Washing your lashes will ensure longevity. After the initial 48 hours, wash lashes daily with lash specific cleanser.
Permanent Make-up
Before your Permanent Make-up appointment
Avoid scheduling your procedure within 2 months of major life events such as weddings. Procedures may take longer than expected to be completed under some circumstances.
Do not pick, tweeze, wax, or have electrolysis done one week before your procedure.
Discontinue use of any brow serums, or latisse (on eyebrows) for 8 weeks before your procedure.
Do not tint your eyebrows one week before your procedure.
Avoid Facials, chemical peels,or laser hair removal 8 weeks prior to your procedure.
Discontinue all Vitamin A and Retinol products for 30 days prior to your procedure.
Do not have Botox done for 3 weeks prior to your procedure.
Avoid working out on the day of your procedure.
To avoid excessive bleeding or poor color deposit
Do not drink alcohol 24-48 hours before your procedure
Do not drink coffee or tea (caffeine) immediately before your procedure.
Do not take any aspirin or ibuprofen (blood thinners) 24 hours before your procedure.
Do not take Fish Oil or Vitamin E (natural blood thinners) 10 days prior to your procedure.
After your Permanent Make-up appointment
Blot the treated area with a tissue for the first hour to remove lymph fluid.
Allpy a thin layer of A&D ointment with a cotton swab 3 times daily for the first 3 days
Using the fingertips, gently wash the area with a non-scented soap or cleanser that your skin is already familiar with, morning and night for 7 days.
Avoid washcloths and scratching or picking at your eyebrows during the healing process.
Avoid hot tubs, steam rooms, public pools, excessive sweating, or submerging the tattoo in water for the first 10 days.
Avoid direct sunlight or tanning beds for 2 weeks after your procedure.
Avoid putting makeup on the area for the first week.
Avoid facials, chemical peels, or microdermabrasion for 4 weeks.
